Ruslan Bely is a famous Russian comedian, participant in the TV project "Comedy Club" on TNT, member of the KVN “Seventh Heaven” team. He also participated in other humor shows, for example, “Laughter without rules”, “Killer League”, “Killer Night” and "Comedy Battle".

Born on December 28, 1979 in the city of Prague, in the family of a military man. Five years later, Ruslan’s family moved to Poland for four years, and then to the city of Bobrov, Voronezh region.

After graduating from school, Ruslan Bely, following in his father’s footsteps, entered the Voronezh Military Aviation Engineering University. He begins to get involved in KVN and becomes a member of the Voronezh team “Seventh Heaven”.

Served in the army under contract for five years. Resigned with the rank of captain. He was awarded the Medal "For Distinction in Military Service" III degree. In 2003 he graduated from Voronezh State Agrarian University named after Emperor Peter I.

In 2013, he became a producer and launched his project “Stand Up” and takes part in such programs as “Slaughter League”, “Comedy Battle”, “Roasting”, “What happened next?”.
