Mgzavrebi was founded in 2006 by Gigi Dedalamazishvili, and since then she has been tirelessly winning the hearts of listeners. At first the group consisted of three members, but over time its composition became more numerous, and now Mgzavrebi — this is a full-fledged septet. One of the first successes of the group was associated with David Imedashvili’s film “City of Dreams,” which featured a soundtrack written by Mgzavrebi. From that moment on, the group became extremely popular in Georgia and performed alongside such world-famous artists as Placido Domingo, Buena Vista Social Club, Andrea Bocelli and Nino Katamadze.
