The band “Petlya Pristrastiya” is a bright representative of the Belarusian post-punk scene, founded in 2004 in Minsk by talented musicians Ilya Cherepko-Samokhvalov (vocals) and Timofey Savitsky (bass guitar). The name of the band was inspired by a Soviet anti-alcohol poster, which gives the band a special originality and symbolism.
Since its foundation, the band has released six full-length albums, each of which has received high praise from critics and fans. The debut album “Vsem Dovolstven”, released in 2009 by the Moscow label “Snegiri”, was recognized as the best Russian rock record of the year according to the magazine “Afisha”. Since then, “Petlya Pristrastiya” continues to release music independently, maintaining creative independence.
In 2011, the second album, "Hypnopedia", was released, and in 2013, "Phobos", which was recognized as the best Russian-language album of the year. The album "Fashion and Clouds", released in 2016, received four Experty. By awards, including "Album of the Year".
