Dmitry Romanov, one of the most recognizable comedians on the Russian-language stand-up scene, is set to perform in Batumi. The audience can look forward to a solo show featuring new material, in which the artist shares fresh observations on life, family, relationships, and those awkward situations we’ve all experienced. Attending Dmitry Romanov’s stand-up show in Batumi offers a chance to hear new jokes live in an intimate setting, where the comedian and the audience engage in a constant, lively dialogue.
Romanov first gained widespread recognition through the "Stand Up" project on the TNT channel, as well as shows like "Uboynaya Liga", "Smekh Bez Pravil", and "Comedy Battle". Later, he hosted the segment "Svetsky Iskhod" ("Social Exit") on the popular late-night show "Vecherny Urgant". Today, the comedian tours internationally with his solo shows.
Dmitry Romanov’s brand of humor is defined by an "Odessa-style" lightness, self-deprecating wit, and relatable, true-to-life stories. He incorporates a great deal of improvisation and audience interaction into his performances, ensuring that no two shows are ever the same. Beyond just leaving with a good mood, the audience is often left with something to reflect upon.
